Hi doctor, my wife has delivered baby after c section 2 weeks back. Now she is having signoflam tablet which is used for relieving pain, inflammation and swelling after caesarean. She wanted to do breastfeeding. Is it advisable to use this medicine signoflam if she is breastfeeding?
