My baby aged 1 yrs, wt 8.5 kg suffering from fever since 3 days. Taking syp monocef 0 4 ml bd & syp flexib 100/162.5 4 ml tds, continuous fever every 7 hour. My one doctor opinion is to continue syp septran 3.5 ml bd along with monocef 0 & other doctor opinion is to start inj ceftriaxone by discontinuing monocef 0. What can I do?
