We had sex just after the periods ended of my wife. After 3-4 days. We had sex on dats on 27th of feb. Now she is bleeding which is not normal period bleeding. Blood flow rate is too high. Also having abdomen pain. Is dis any sign of pregnancy? She has polycystic ovary.

Menses in between the periods, should be first evaluated with pregnancy test immediately. As she is suffering from pcod, irregular menses can happen but better to evaluate the cause of such bleeding. And she need to reduce her weight to have a good shot at pregnancy.

If she had regular and normal period just few days back pregnancy is not likely. This problem can be solved only if you take her to a qualified gynecologist for proper internal examination and diagnosis of the cause.
