My hair going greyish in early edge how can I recover please suggest me solution.

Premature greying is greying before the age of 30 yr. There are various reasons involved in it. Genetic inheritance is the main cause, apart from that stress, nutritional deficiency, thyroid are few other reasons. It is very important to check extent of greying, condition of hair root and hair shaft also. Trichoanalysis will give us exact guidance. Treatment is available for greying. Eat protein rich food. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp with jaborandi hair oil and wash it with scalp cleanser. Consult trichologist for treatment.
