Dear sir, your diarrhoea could be because of anxiety. You may want to try anxiety relief techniques, such as-: -recognising the anxiety trigger -understanding anxiety symptoms-sweating, stomach churning, palpitations, shallow breathing, restlessness, headache etc -immediately start deep breathing. Inhale deeply for 4 counts, hold breath for 7 counts and exhale completely through mouth for 8 counts -scan your body for any tightness in muscles -either lie down or in sitting position with eyes closed relax your entire body especially the muscles that are tight.
