Hello. I have been shaving my pubic area without any lotion or cream, just a dry shave and have noticed a few white like small patches near the base of the penis. Is it due to the dry shave? Or a vitamin deficiency? Also a very light small patch on the shaft of the penis. Appreciate an early reply. Thank you.
