Severe dandruff flakes on scalp, eye brows, and on face. Earlier I used to take 100 mg itraconazole to come out from severity. But now it's not going even with itra tab. Tried all sorts of keto and p zinc 2% shampoo and lotion but flake comes up. Even with oiling, flakes do appear. Please suggest some medicine for temporary relief.

Self prescription is bad. Please make sure that you take medicines only under medical advise. Itracanazole should not be taken for long. Dandruff is a chronic condition and can be only controlled. A good hair oil and some ayurved medicines taken orally and for application will help you for sure. Meanwhile you can start applying mahabhringaraj hair oil. Let me know how you feel with this,
