From past 1 week, I am having some white sticky particle formation inside the penis. I am unable to identify this when it's forming. But it automatically highlights me when I start getting severe itchy feeling. So when I pulled the foreskin down, these are there and I wash them immediately with lukewarm water. Immediately the itching goes of and the particles are washed away. Again they start forming and this is usually happening in the span of 12 hours. Recently, I have also started having a small cuts over my foreskin and there is very mind swelling of the upper head of the penis due to which I am unable to pull the foreskin down for washing. Kindly advise me what I should do. Will applying parachute coconut oil help reducing this?

Hello- its smegma. It is the thick, white, cheesy substance that collects under the foreskin of the penis. It's more common in uncircumcised men who don't clean that area well enough. Cleaning on daily basis is the only thing that can get rid of it.
