I have sleeping problem from last 8 month after consult a doctor he prescribed me inzofresh 10. I have take half of the tab every night is it safe for me. If no then what is the right treatment.

Zolfesh is a good drug which is quite safe usually, but as it is prescription medicine, it should only be taken as per advice of a qualified doctor. Sleeping problem (insomnia) may need further evaluation by a sleep specialist, if it does not subsides after few days of this medicine, because one should not keep on taking zolfresh for a long long time.
