What are the chances of a person (already vaccinated) getting infected with hepatitis b if his wife is hepatitis b positive. I mean sexually involved. Which includes kissing. Breast milk, vaginal discharge and all that.

Chances are very rare. Hepatitis b vaccine gives protection for 20 years. Booster dose has to be taken there after. Consult physician for further advice.
