My father is diabetic & 60 years old. Yesterday he fell in our living room floor due to dizziness. He said his head was not hurt when he fell, & I too did not see any blood. So after he fell, he started breathing heavily for few minutes. He complained of continuous dizziness for 1-2 hour & after that he is complaining of non stop headache. Earlier he was under treatment for a wound on left side of back neck blood report:- high wbc (11000) high d-domer (approx 1100) high crp latex ct scan report:- bilateral basifrontal small hemorrhagic contusion. Tiny grey white junction hemorrhage in frontal lobe, suggestive of axonal injury.

Most likely he had dizziness due to low blood sugar levels which led him to fall and have contusions in the brain. Get his blood sugar levels monitored and doze of antidiabetic drugs adjusted. Also get an ecg done to ruleout any cardiac problem.
