Hi my question is what cause phlegm in babies. & what precautions should one take at home for 5 months old babies?

Normally the secretion of mouth come up in babies and need not be phlegm as you think . Phlegm comes in chest infection and is yellow in colour. YOu only need to wipe of the salival that form up in mouth as do in all babies
