I have a 8 weeks pregnancy and as per ultrasound it is showing "left ovary shows a thin walled anechoic measuring 41*36 mm with partial peripheral vascular ity-likely corpus luteum cyst. please let me know how rest it is and can one travel in this situation?

Form what you have mentioned- all details are not there- seems ok. Remember two facts 1) Travelling does not cause any problem 2) Sudden problem can occur to anyone in her bed or during travelling. So the only difference is if you are at home you can reach to doctor faster and if a sudden problem occurs during travelling it takes time for you to reach the doctor. So just be positive and travel.
