I am hypertension patient. Having vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss left ear, taking vertin 24 twice, diamox once. Is there any treatment to cure completely?

Yes there is. However the actual cause needs to be identified and treated. If there is permanent organic changes in your body it can't be reversed and you have to live with it. You should continue the medicines till advise then do tests to assertain your position based on which treatment would be guided.
