Last year I am in depression so to harm I take more than 1000 mg of atenolol tablets for 5 to 6 days in month but now I have breathing problem nausea tiredness in future can it causes skin necrosis to me?

Dear lybrate-user, atenolol is not the treatment for depression. There are effective treatments like antidepressants and therapy. Please consult a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. Why did you take so much of atenolol? Is it with suicidal intention? If so, there is urgent need to consult a psychiatrist. You have the normal side effects of atenolol. Your worry of skin necrosis, may be a part of your untreated depression. It is called as nat - negative automatic thought!
