Am 21 years my penis I s 3 inch flaccid and 5 inch erect. Is it normal. It is very small while flaccid.

Hi, Lybrate user, an average penis size counts 7-10 cm (2.8"-3.9") when flaccid & an erected penis measures 12 cm (4.7") with girth of 9-10 cm (3.5"- 3.9"), hence, yours is normal, absolutely. Tk, care.
