I am 55 years male and taking envas 5 for the last 15 years. Now I am facing nasal bleeding for the last 2 months. Should I stop envas and take some other medicine for bp control.

First get your bp check for 3 consecutive days, if it comes normal no need to change the medicine, if it comes above 140/90 on two separate occasions then you may need change of medicine. As far as the nasal bleeding is concerned, high bp is not the only cause, there are multiple reasons and local septal pathology is the most common cause.
