I am a 20 year old female. I got nipple piercings a couple months ago but about a week or 2 ago I noticed an infection. I have been doing sea salt soaks a few times as well as occasionally putting on bacitracin. The infection doesn't seem to be going away however these things do help. What else should I be doing that i'm not?
