I am 27 facing problem bell palsy from last 45 days still I did not get complete relief, could you please help me out, after this disease I am feeling weakness in my body.

1. Caus is Unknown, some times it could be due to Herpes Virus infection, 2. There is Paralysis of one side of face due to damage of facial nerve,
3. It may affect sense of taste, saliva, tear.
4. It Comes suddenly and gets better on ts own in 4-8 week.
5. Symptoms
A) sudden paralysis/weakness on one side of face,
B) face drop, numbness in affected side of face, difficulty in closing eye, c) Drooling, excessive tearing, dry eye
D) loss of ability to taste,
E) pain in or behind ear, increased sensitivity to sound.
6. Treatment-
A) prednisolone with or without anti viral drug (acyclovir)
B) Patient mostly recover within 1-2 month.
