Sir, 2 or 3 days before I came across an article where I came to know about white patches on the head of penis. And I checked my penis and I discovered that I too have those spots or patches. But I do not face any problem with it but I had a physical relation 4 or 5 years back without any protection. So I am concerned if these spots are any sexually transmitted disease or not. Or will these spots disturb my future sec life. And I am a student now and I do not earn. So for any online consultation or physical checkup I have to wait for upcoming 4 or 5 years so pls can you help me with this. I am a bit tensed.

Hello- white patches that form on the penis could be a sign of lichen sclerosus. It's a skin condition that's more common in those who aren't circumcised. In addition to white spots that grow larger as the disease progresses, the skin of the penis can also become itchy and more fragile.
