I want to clean my ears with hydrogen peroxide. The solution I have is 6%. Is this safe to use or should I dilute it with water? This is my first time doing this. Previously, I had been using q-tips. I'm 20 years old.

The ear wax dissolves in oil based solvents, better to use medicated ear wax solvents and then get the ear washed from an ent surgeon.
