Hello lybrate-user, do not worry .daflon tab is for control of bleeding. It is not causing the bleeding. It might b merely a co incidence only that you have started the medicine and started to bleed also. The cause of piles bleeding is the rupture of dilated blood vessels situated at the lower part of rectum. Mostly is occurs due to constipation of staining.

Bleeding is occuring due to piles which are nothing but dilated veins in the anal canal. Avoid prolonged sitting during defecation and if constipation is present, take fiber rich diet, plenty of water, avoid eating outside.
