Pain on breathing, localized to the right side is most probably due to; musculoskeletal pain. Which can be resolved with use of paracetamol. However a detailed examination to rule out lung diseases are required. This is not an indication for heart related problems: cardiac problems are more likely associated with pain on exertion, which goes away with taking rest. It is mostly seen on central chest and to the left side, with pain radiating to the left upper arm, jaws, shoulder or back.
