Hello sir at the age of 15 I had done some bad things that is I arranged 4 pillows and blankets in one by one order and put my erected penis on under the pillows and moving front and back feels like enjoying sex. But I don't know that my penis is injured. After some years at age 22 I realized that it is harmful to my penis and I face some problems related to urinary tract and undergone urethrotomy surgery now my age is 27 again I suffering from urethral stricture problem what happened to my urethra and is it cure with homoeopathic medicines or surgery is needed.
