Hello sir/ma'am meri age 30 hai. Meri problem ye hai ki mera hemoglobin nhi badhta hai. Hamesa 9-10 ki range me rahta hai. Bhut kuch try kiya but increase nhi hota kya reasons ho skte hai sir? Or abhi main pregnant hu to kya delivery me koi problem ho skti h due to lack of hemoglobin ?sir main normal delivery cahti hu. Please suggests me sir/ma'am.
