Good morning I have been feeling not well over the last four days, the first two days my right arm felt really hot and tingling constantly, from the start and still happening till now my heart has been aching when I am standing up and walking around, if I am standing up I feel nauseous in my throat, this continues till I sit down, sometimes I get a headache. Sometimes I have an upset stomach as well. I am currently staying in thailand, I came from the uk I hope someone can help me. Many thanks m. Winchester.
