Hello sir, I have pain, itching and swelling in my glans penis. In tip it's swell and pain at any time. there is no infection found in urine culture test and no stone in ultrasound. I use pyridium tablet for pain and itching. But for some days I feel pain relief but swelling is same. After some days pain starts again. So I tested again urine culture again report is negative. So, please tell me it is something serious problem? And please suggest any tablet or cream for it. I use dettol in bath water. Thnx.
