Age 29, weight 82 kg, unmarried. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with prostatitis with symptoms such as chills in body, pain radiating from rectum to penis, blood in semen and urine and burning. I took antibiotic treatment for one month on advice of urologist. Still after that my serum psa was 3.06 ng/ml. I was getting chills for whole year and feeling pain while riding bike in penis upto now. From 25 days I am having burning in urine i.e sometime morning urine looking too reddish, low grade fever with chills, pain in lower back ,abdominal pain and pain in bone nearby penis in left side and swollen lymph node in left side. I did serum psa it was 0.89 ng/ml 5 days ago. Yesterday I did mri pelvis with contrast ,it showed reduced size and signal of left seminal vesicles- chronic seminal vesiculitis. Do all my symptom are related to seminal vesicles?
