I have diagnosed with pcod 2 days back and done tsh cbc hba1c tests and yesterday I got my reports and in that tsh value is 4.66 so what is the meaning of it and i'm also taking letrozole 2.5 mg because my right side ovary has some cysts and it's slightly bulky where as the left one and the uterus is normal and I am also taking myovite m.

Your tsh level is more than ideal. You can start thyronorm 25 mcg once daily. Also letrozole is needed for induction of ovulation which is difficult in pcod patients. Continue the follicular study to see if follicles have developed or you need a higher dose. Maintaining weight in the healthy range will get faster results.
