Dec 6th 2021 my 1st delivery was done. For the first 4 days I could not feed my baby as milk was hardened inside. And then he was not latching becoz of flat nipples. So I used to express and give and also used nipple shield. In dec end I noticed a small lump in my breast. Lactation consultant told me to put heat bag and massage it. I tried those but till now it is there. The lump becomes visible when breast is full of milk. And reduces as I feed my baby and it repeats. Now whom should I consult? Is this something to worry about?
