I have biotin and folic acid deficiency. Can I take tinfal tablets by my own. Is it a good tablet. And for how long to correct the deficiency.

At your age, no need to take tablets. Take biotin rich foods--eggs, milk, and bananas. Also, folic acid rich foods--dark green leafy vegetables (turnip greens, spinach, romaine lettuce, asparagus, brussels sprouts, broccoli) beans. Peanuts. Sunflower seeds. Fresh fruits, fruit juices. Whole grains.

It is containing water soluble vitamins -- so you may take it-------the period of use rrquired --depends on your symptoms and levet of vitamin deficiency in you--better to have a check up with a doctor and have a prescription for the dose and period of use required --------based on your symptoms.
