Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. Avoid drinking anything hot. You may need coronoplasty (smoothening of teeth edges). Hello if tongue is bit generally then it will heal on its own. Also, you can apply dologel ct / ora-sore / anabel ct/ ulsore gel apply with your finger, you can spit out if saliva forms, but no food or water intake.
