Hi, I have been diagnosed with cysts in both my ovaries and it pains a lot during periods. I get regular periods. But there is a pricky pain even during regular days. I got my ca125 test done and the value is higher upto 408 mg/ml. Is this dangerous or a sign of ovarian cancer?

Do not worry. Sometimes even during benign tumors ca125 will be more. Go for further diagnosis like biopsy.
