I have a ganglion cyst on the back of my left wrist. Lately, it has started hurting when I pick up heavy things with that hand. It also hurts when I press it, AMD when I wake up in the morning. What do I do?

ganglions can disappear spontaneously. but if they are painful and gradually increasing in size then you can have it removed by an ortho surgeon. you have to remember that it can recur and surgery will also leave you with a scar
