Just some weeks back I had sex with my partner as I were drunk I slept without wiping my penis off course I used condom remove it and slept straight away just next day afternoon I started feeling a rash in my penis with red spots and rash skin peeling it been 2-3 weeks its not getting fine it get improve in some days and get back to same rash please help.
