I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks with no fetal heart rate in january, 2022. I have mthfr (homozygous a1298c), the doctors did?t give me a reason why I had a miscarriage. Could this be a reason?

Those with mthfr (homozygous a1298c) have a statistical higher chance for miscarriage, toxaemia or certain foetal defects but can not be definetely linked and some treatment options are available. Only to bring to notice of gynecologist who will be treating you from time prior to pregnancy.
