Doctor I am suffering from depression or bipolar don't know since 7 years I am married with 2 kids. I am 50 years. I feel very low and insecurities. I am not able to come out. I am taking zopicon 75 mg since 7 years. Without that I cannot sleep. Now from 3 years with zopicon I am taking venlor xr. After taking these tablets I can't sleep till 3 am. Morning I can't get up early. I am obese too 80 kg now with all these mind set. Many times have tried suicide. Running away from home. I am not myself now .i have lost interest in everything. Just living this life. Waiting for the end please help me doctor.

Both these drugs will not be of great help in bipolar depression. You need to change medications and for that better to get a detailed evaluation done. In case of emergency consult me or any nearby psychiatrist at the earliest. Take care.
