How to know if one has sentinel tag from chronic anal fissure or has rectal prolapse? Symptoms: 1) extreme pain while passing stool 2) burning sensation 3) has had constipation problems for many years 3) lump on the or above the opening lump is not red in color. The colour is same as the colour of skin. 4) sometimes blood in stool 5) doesn't feel empty even after defecation 6) tingling in fingers of legs 7) recurrent sharp stomach pain which last for only few seconds or minutes but occurs frequently i.e several/many times in a day. Patient is non diabetic neither has thyroid issues nor any underlying disease. (age of patient- 16) would appreciate to hear the answers and suggestions for the treatment.
