I am 17 years old. And I am suffering from knock knees. I want to know the best treatment. Earlier with doctors' prescription I took medicine for bone strength it gave me relief for that time but still the knee deformity is there. So please suggest a best and safe treatment.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Treatment for mild cases of knock knee in children or adolescents may include braces to help bones grow in the correct position. If a gradual correction does not occur, surgery may be recommended. In the growing child, guided-growth minimal-incision surgery may be used to encourage the leg to gradually grow straight. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
