Hello, after taking covishield booster - experiencing tinnitus 24�7 continuous ringing -slightly more in left ear. No hearing loss .age is 24 years ,male, ent Dr. Has found no infection or perforation ,no associated symptoms. Ringing is continuous for 2 months now without any slight change. Taking caroverine, supplements but no response .what should be done?
