After 1st treatment of laser hair removal, does all the hairs on the treated area will soften as compared to before or only those who were is anagen stage of hair growth cycle. Apart from 10-15 % hair reduction in treated area I want to know does it soften, thin all (100%) as compared to before treatment the hairs or not.
