Almost 3 months after sex. At first I felt itchiness in the penis little bit of rash but that goes away within 3 days now sometimes there is pain inside urethra or kinda inflammation and irritation sometimes in glans does this indicate any kind of sti or stds though my partner is healthy. No other symptoms, no fever, no pain while urinating but very small bumps under foreskin at the end of the glans can't be noticed with naked eye kindly help what to do. When I apply any ointment or creams it gives relief as soon I stop the cream it again starts pain in the urethra.

Hello- dry skin on the penis, rough sex, or sex without enough lubrication could cause friction burn and result in an itchy penis. If this is the case, your symptoms should improve within a couple of days of abstaining from sex. If not then it may be sign of std.
