I am 74, laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with bilateral dissection done in june 2013. Gleason score 3+7=7.pamorelin la 11 25 mg taken thrice. Psa was reduced to 0.008. Received radiation total dose of 6660cgy in 37 fractions nov 13 to jan 2014. Bone scan was negative. No followup last 8 years. Now psa is 85. Psma pet scan march 8th 2022, shows carcinoma prostate. Psma avid mesorectal pelvic and retroperitoneal nodes appear metastatic likely disease recurrence. Procedure done on 17th march 22. cystoscopy urethral dilation and bilateral sub capsular orchiectomy. Diagnosis distal bulwark urethral stricture, known carcinoma of prostrate. Tabi tab 50 mg for 60 days. Kindly clear my doubts doctor. 1. What are the chances of cancer cells moving out of prostrate to other parts of body through blood? Removal of both testicles done, whether it would stop further growth of cancer? Doctor opines, chemo and radio therapy not necessary. Tabi is effective after orchiectomy?
