I am feeling cramps in my lower abdomen area. I was active in workout but for past two months for some reason I haven't done my workout. I have gained weight all of a sudden as whenever I don't do my workout my cravings starts and I used to eat a lot. Now from today I have started my workout again. I just wanted to know whether this abdominal pain is due to not doing any activity or due to some other reasons. I am not on my periods as it happened on 12 march for this month. But I am feeling some cramps and mild headache and feels like as I would faint. My bp today was 69/98. please help.
