Seeking a good diet plan, completely veg.in 2021 sept I developed some infection than my entire body having multiple infection episodes from throat, tonsil,bronchial, stomach etc till feb 2022. My life was like hell that time, but nearby medical college from ent, cardio,neuro, gastro etc all professors treated me like their own family member seeing my infection cases after first month as principal of the college also came to visit and looked into my records of treatment in december now I am free of any infection, 2 time mri done, various test done till my treatment over I am still going through some post infection issues like neck muscle stiffness, dental sensation, sudden breathing issue, sweeting,bowel issue (nerve related, neuro confirmed). But quality of life improved to a mark where I do not feel sick. Now aayurvedic college principal advice me to have a proper diet. So here I am looking for advice what should be my diet (i am a veg. Person)

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast.
