Hello its gud to know that you want to quit smoking. To be honest there is no medicine harm reduction treatment is there like nico gum nico patch for that you shud take help of your family doctor. Do not set any date to quit you want to do it now set up a daily routine for urself. Waking up early exercises drinking lots of water avoiding internal and external triggers avoiding any items that lead you to smoke including tea and coffee. Share with someone close take his/her help whenever you feel the urge to smoke.
