I am 28 years old male. I have been suffering from excess urine call and some time unable to discharge but felt intense to discharge since 2005. I have been treated by Dr. who was the urologist of medical college lucknow but not taking any positive response.

When you are not able to pass urine, sit down in ukru position, relax your perineum like while passing stools, try to pass urine without exerting pressure. You can take analgesic with tizanidine twice daily. Avoid constipation. Go for walk both times daily.
