I am a diabetic my sugar is 150 in fasting I take one tablet of gluconorm-g2 daily is it ok?

Although it is ok but your fasting sugar is not ok. For this just make changes in your lifestyle and try to follow below given steps and follow up after 2 months eat little at a time every 2-3 hourly. Don? t eat too much at a time brisk morning walk for 30 minutes regularly dinner 2 hours before going to sleep 10 minutes evening walk after dinner avoid sweets, mango, grapes, cold drinks in particular.
