Dear doctor, I need advice on below mentioned status. I am 63 years old and suffering from diabetes, cholesterol and thyroid. Recently, I am diagnosed having parkinson and taking their medicine as prescribed by the doctor. I am also suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation for past one year. I occasionally take or one or two pegs of whiskey also not taken at all for past one and half year. I want to take cialis 10 mg and duralast 30 mg very occasionally along with whisky. My bp, sugar and lipid profiles are normal. I am not clear in mind to take or not to take. Please advise whether I can enjoy by taking above medicine. Please reply clearly with reason. Thanks.

Temporary erectile dysfunction may happen due to the side effects of the medicines you r taking for perkinsonism. With proper control of your sugar & pressure you can enjoy normal sex life. Cialist & duralast may interface with your other medicines.
