Mifepristone stops the fetus from growing further and misoprostol enables it to come out. Taking misoprostol first won't cause any different side effects but the abortion may not take place.

Mifepristone is given for cervix priming, so mife has to be taken to work well. There won’t be any side effects if u hav taken already, but get a scan aftr 1 week to check whether u hav aborted completely or no.
